New World Problems for this Girl!
So, for anyone that has been trying to view my website (I hope there are some, LOL), I discovered today that my website has been unavailable for sometime now. I have been editing and everything, yet, the actual website hasn't been up. This is because the company I was hosting under, decided not to tell me that my domain name expired although my hosting service did now. WTF. I was irate. So after a very nasty phone call with the company, I decided to cancel with them and will be moving to a new web hosting site.
This means that for the next 24-48 hours, I won't have a website at all. :/ I am hoping to have it back up soon. I have a lot of new stuff in the works and life has been pretty hectic.
After a long process, I finally have a new apartment set up for May, after I graduate with my bachelors. Things are falling into place for the move and I couldn't be move excited.
I submitted a new work to Siren Publishing today. It is my first menage piece and I can't wait to see what everyone thinks of it. It is a stand a lone piece at the moment. It might become part of a series later. Maybe. I have't decided yet. The title of the new book is "Kyra's Double Delight".
Acquired At Midnight - Slayer 3 is about halfway done and I am really liking how it is turning out. I do think that it will be the longest in the series so far. Thera is far more talkative than I ever expected. She is also rather stubborn so it took her a long time to take a liking to Aiden. I am hoping to submit it by the end of March or beginning of Aprilish. But we shall see.
I am a full time student with two jobs, and writing sometimes has to go on a back burner, no matter how much I want to work on it.
So I hope everyone bares with me and will keep any eye out for my next book. :)

Rest and Recovery!
Hello Readers!
To kick off my New Year, I had to have wisdom teeth removal surgery. I should also tell you, I have an incredible fear of the dentist so this has been an ordeal! However, I found a great oral surgeon that put me to sleep and I don't remember anything, which was amazing. Now, I am just trying to recover, eating only soft squishy foods, and taking my pain meds.
However, in other news. . . Things are looking great for 2013, writing wise. I have a new release coming out on January 26. Velvet and Lace - Ambrosia 1 is being published by White Orchid Press. White Orchid Press is a new publishing company that is expecting great things in the near future! Check out their website at http://www.whiteorchidpress.com. :) I am also currently finishing up a short story piece for a White Orchid. It's my first menage piece, MFM, and I am beyond stoked about it!
I also am working Acquired at Midnight - Slayer 3, which should be finished by mid February. Book 3 is Thera's story, my white tiger, and I am loving how everything is coming together. I hope ya'll are excited too!

Contest! :)
Hello everyone!
It has been a crazy year for me, and I just submitted my third book for publication! This new book is the first in a new series and I am completely stoked about where my career is heading! Life is good. :)
In honor of things going well, I would like to do a contest for any readers interested in free books! I would love to give away 2 ebook copies of each of my books. Inspiration has struck :)
Well it has been a while since my last post. But after I attended The Romance Convention 2012, hosted by Siren Publishing, I have a renewed vigor for writing. I have always had a passion for writing, but I am now more sure of what I want to do with my life than I have ever been. I meet some absolutely amazing people at the convention and got a lot of spectacular advice. :)
Books 1&2 of the Slayers series is out and book 3 is in progress. I have also started a new series and book 1 of the Ambrosia series is in progress.
My blog (as you can see) as well as my website www.shannonreckler.com have been updated, and I hope to keep them as current as I can. I also now have a fan e-mail, shannonreckler@hotmail.com, and I would love to speak to anyone who would like to talk to me.
I hope you enjoy my books and I hope you will continue to read. :)

Life is Crazy!
So lately things have been incredibly hectic! However, book 2 is in the publication process and is set to be released on August 2nd, 2012. I am completely stoked for that one to release!
Book 3 is in the works and for those interested it is Thera's story! We have hit a few bumps in the road. (Thera is quiet and can be difficult at times) I am trying to pry the story out of her, but it's going to take some time.
Life is crazy at the moment and finding time to write is difficult, but I'll manage. I hope everyone is enjoying book 1!
